Operations are transferred to Tampere

It was decided that operations would be transferred to the main building in 2007. There were few possibilities to make use of multiprofessional expertise between e.g. representatives of medicine, engineers and science community in Pikonlinna. The distance between the other units of the Tampere University Hospital was also considered as a problem.
